COMPUTER & SYSTEMS SUPPORT SPECIALIST
(ERP Support) Adair, OK 74330 From $50,000 a year - Full-time From $50,000 a year - Full-time Applicants must have direct, hands-on ERP system support experience (not end-user use only) to be considered. Candidates without ERP troubleshooting, support, or administration experience will not be reviewed. This role requires proven experience supporting ERP systems within a helpdesk or system support environment, including participation in system upgrades, migrations, or implementations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Trece's ERP system (Sage 300), including inventory setup (part numbers, BOMs), pricing updates, plant accounting support, and SAGE Business Intelligence reporting. Maintain ERP data integrity and standardization across departments and systems. Support Trece and GLIPM webstores, including troubleshooting, inventory/customer synchronization, pricing updates, and data accuracy. Assist with ERP process improvements, system changes, integration efforts, and SOP documentation. Support manufacturing accounting and inventory processes including cycle counts, receiving, transfers, and data entry. Document IT, accounting, and order processing procedures as needed. Identify system and process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability. Prepare inventory, purchasing, and sales reports as requested. Provide general IT support including desktops, printers, workstation setup, VPN/RDS access, connectivity, and software troubleshooting (Excel, Avalara, Doclink, Starship, etc.). Other duties as assigned by the
CFO. KEY REQUIREMENTS
Strong hands-on ERP experience (inventory, order processing, GL codes, manufacturing modules) Experience troubleshooting system issues (user access, permissions, data errors, basic network/hardware issues) Experience supporting at least one system migration, upgrade, or implementation Strong root-cause problem-solving mindset Ability to support non-technical users and communicate clearly across departments Strong attention to data accuracy and process discipline Self-directed, adaptable, and able to learn quickly in evolving systems Willingness to support occasional after-hours or urgent system issues
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Sage X3 experience ERP implementation or conversion project involvement Webstore/e-commerce system support and ERP integration experience SQL experience for data querying and troubleshooting Familiarity with APIs, imports/exports, or system integrations (ODBC, middleware, etc.) Experience documenting workflows or business processes

JOB INTERFACE
This role interacts across IT, accounting (A/R and A/P), manufacturing, inventory, customer service, shipping, and external vendors. Coordination with site leadership at Great Lakes IPM may also be required. TRAVEL Minimal, as required.
