In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring that their IT infrastructure runs smoothly. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to computer hardware, software applications, and network connectivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset. Responsibilities Provide desktop support for users experiencing technical issues with hardware and software. Utilize tools such as Jira and ServiceNow to track and manage support requests efficiently. Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical problems and provide clear solutions. Assist in the maintenance of IT infrastructure, including LAN setups and configurations. Troubleshoot macOS systems as well as other operating systems to resolve user issues. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer service experience. Document solutions and procedures for future reference to improve support processes. Requirements Proven experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role, with a focus on customer service. Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts, including LAN configurations. Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist users. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
