Security Operations Center (SOC) Technology Lead MidFirst Bank - 3.3 Oklahoma City, OK Job Details 18 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building CCTV system operation (AV) Alarm & access control systems Technical troubleshooting support Full Job Description We are seeking a Security Operations Center ( SOC) Technology Lead to own and support the enterprise platform behind our video surveillance and access control systems . This role is focused on technical ownership, system reliability, and cybersecurity alignment , with less emphasis on traditional monitoring functions. You will serve as the primary technical lead for cameras and access control , ensuring these systems are secure, operational, and aligned with enterprise IT standards. Key Responsibilities Serve as technical owner for: IP camera systems (VMS and cloud platforms) Access control systems (badging, controllers, integrations) Intrusion and alarm systems Ensure systems are available, secure, and properly maintained (patching, upgrades, troubleshooting) Lead incident response, escalation, and root cause analysis for system issues Partner with IT and Cybersecurity on: Network connectivity and device security System hardening and vulnerability management Manage vendor relationships, service tickets, and system performance Support projects, system deployments, and continuous improvement efforts Provide guidance and training to SOC staff and contract personnel Qualifications 3-5+ years experience in a SOC, IT systems, or security technology role Hands-on experience with IP cameras, access control systems, and alarm platforms Strong troubleshooting across network-connected systems and devices Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and cybersecurity practices Experience with vendor management and cross-functional collaboration Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Additional Information On-call rotation required for after-hours support Schedule typically Monday-Friday, business hours with flexibility as needed Banking or regulated environment experience preferred Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
