We are seeking a hands-on Service Desk Support professional to join a growing IT team in the Oklahoma City area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career and grow within an organization that values its people.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage the day to day ticket queue for end user support Provide desktop, hardware, and software troubleshooting across the organization Administer Microsoft 365 including account management, onboarding and offboarding Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions Image and deploy endpoints across the organization Support server upgrades and maintenance at multiple locations Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software issues Some local travel required
Qualifications and Requirements:
3 or more years of desktop or service desk support experience preferred Enterprise level experience strongly preferred Strong Microsoft 365 and Active Directory knowledge Experience with endpoint imaging and deployment Hands on experience valued over certifications or degrees Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Must be able to work fully onsite in Oklahoma City with some local travel
