Job Description

Summary:
Technical Support Specialists troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer and employee feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Troubleshooting technical issues. Diagnosing and repairing faults Installing and configuring hardware and software. Communicating with employees and customers by phone and e-mail to quickly get to the root of their problem and working through a series of actions to resolve the problem. Providing timely and accurate customer feedback. Replacing or repairing necessary equipment. Supporting the roll-out of new applications. Providing support in the form of procedural documentation and tracking. Managing multiple cases at one time Qualifications Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role preferred. Proficiency in Windows. Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills/excellent written and verbal communication. Physical Demands/Work Environment Position will require person to be stationary for periods of time in an office working at a desk. Person will need to be able to move about to access equipment and fulfill necessary repairs. Position requires frequent travel outside of the office to assist employees at bank locations. Position may require some overnight travel and the ability to work before and/or after normal business hours.
