The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our company's computer systems and software.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to all employees for hardware, software, and network related issues Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems and software Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels Train employees on proper use of hardware and software Stay current with emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting tools Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent communication and customer service skills
