What You'll Do:

Hardware Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues across servers and network devices.

Root Cause Analysis:

Conduct in-depth investigations to identify and eliminate the root causes of system failures.

System Health Monitoring:

Proactively monitor system performance metrics to prevent outages and optimize efficiency.

Infrastructure Upgrades and Migrations:

Contribute to and lead projects involving the deployment, maintenance, and support of current and future data center infrastructure.

Independent Problem-Solving:

Take ownership of complex troubleshooting tasks and resolve escalated technical issues impacting a large number of devices.

What You'll Need:

0-2 years of computer hardware or networking concepts Ability to work non-standard working hours and differing rotations/shifts. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay:

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
