IT Support and Maintenance Technician

Job description: We are looking for a highly skilled, full-time Technology Specialist to support the overall maintenance and functioning of hardware and software in both our retail and office environments.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks, troubleshoot and repair computer stations, applications, and other technology based retail equipment Install, configure, and support Windows workstations and local area networks, including software application support Computer & network repair and preventative maintenance Recommend maintenance procedures, equipment and component needs Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly Maintain an inventory of all technology equipment Data entry and documentation Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance and repair work in gas stations or convenience stores. 2
• Experience with general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. 3
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot common issues. 4
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations specific to gas stations and convenience stores. 5
• Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) or specialized training related to maintenance. 6
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. 7
• Experience with emergency repairs and minimizing downtime. 8
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management. 9
• Clear documentation of work performed and any issues encountered. 10
• Flexibility to work on-call or during irregular hours as needed. 11
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.

Must have at least a High School diploma. Should be familiar with Microsoft products, personal computers, point of sales systems, and some exposure to networking. Good communication and organization skills, eager to learn and develop.

Pay:

$17.00
