Job Summary:
Position Summary Provide leadership/support to the Technical Support team by distributing daily assignments, inventory, triaging, resolving and escalating incidents and ensuring team performance expectations and turnaround times are met. Responsible for tracking/evaluating the support team needs making sure that policies/procedures are followed. Track monthly team calls/emails/chat for quality. Create reports to address inventory, phone coverage and monitor staff adherence. Lead is responsible for training all new team members, and ongoing training for seasoned agents. Track and report performance/system issues related to external Moda applications and admin responsibilities, review/distribute audit and handle appeals, answer questions from tech support, auditors and CS Management teams. Provide VCC admin back up, and assist supervisor with questions/coaching/training/reports/projects. This is a FT WFH role. Required Skills, Experience & Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent Two years of Technical Support/Customer Service experience preferably in healthcare industry. Strong verbal/writing/interpersonal/communication skills/ability to operate across multiple departments. Excellent critical thinking; strong analytical/research/technical skills/problem solving skills, ability to handle/resolve complaints/correct error/resolve issues in line with Moda guidelines. Work well under pressure/make on the fly decisions/shift priorities/track/coordinate multiple projects, meeting deadlines in a complex/changing environment. 10 key proficiency of 115 wpm on a computer numeric keypad Type a minimum of 35 wpm net on keyboard Be the unit expert on online resources (Facets, Content Manager, Business Objects, etc) multitask between contact channels. Instruct/motivate/direct individuals over the phone/in person/classroom settings. Understanding different communication styles/coach Customer Service Etiquette/Best Practices. Flexible/adaptable to meeting the needs of growth in fast paced organization, including working across time zones/locations Good organizational/planning ability under pressure, handling several functions/timelines remain up to date on changing/new information. Knowledge/Understanding large group and individual healthcare insurance dynamics/provisions Communicate positively/patience/courteous; including communication with Management/Leadership Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word Together, we can be more.
