Job Description

We're looking for a go-to IT Support & Application Support Specialist to join our team in Portland, Maine—someone who can fix issues quickly and calmly explain (for the third time) why restarting actually does help. A big part of this role is owning and supporting our core business application, so if you like being the expert everyone relies on, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do:
Provide day-to-day IT support for internal users (hardware, software, network)Serve as the primary support contact for our core business applicationTroubleshoot complex application issues and coordinate with vendors to drive resolutionsManage system access, user accounts, and application configurationsSupport onboarding/offboarding (yes, you'll be popular on day one)Document issues and fixes—future-you will be gratefulPartner across teams to improve system performance and user experience
