In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive continuous improvement across support channels. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and supervise a diverse customer support team to deliver outstanding service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Develop and implement effective customer service policies, procedures, and standards to enhance overall satisfaction. Coordinate project management initiatives aimed at streamlining workflows and improving response times. Analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization. Manage multilingual support operations by ensuring language-specific teams are well-trained and equipped to meet global customer needs. Foster strong communication within the team and with other departments to resolve complex issues efficiently. Negotiate solutions with customers when necessary, balancing company policies with client satisfaction goals. Provide regular coaching, training, and supervising experience to cultivate a high-performing support environment. Experience Proven leadership experience in customer service or support management roles with a track record of supervising teams effectively. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable for supporting diverse customer bases. Demonstrated analysis skills for interpreting support data and implementing improvements. Experience in negotiation and sales techniques to upsell or promote additional services when appropriate. Background in managing customer service platforms, CRM systems, or ticketing tools is preferred. Prior experience in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability, problem-solving, and proactive decision-making.
