Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic team. As an MSP Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly. Your role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service and technical excellence. Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary. Document all support activities, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions. Maintain and update client information in our ticketing system. Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of client hardware and software. Conduct regular system checks and preventative maintenance. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Qualifications Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and common software applications. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus. Education High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training or certifications are preferred. Work Environment This position is primarily office-based with occasional on-site client visits. Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours may be required.
