IT Support Representative DENPRO is seeking a qualified IT Support Representative to join our growing team. DENPRO is a Maryland-based IT consulting firm providing comprehensive technology solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and consistently exceeding client expectations. Responsibilities Provide technical assistance to customers via phone Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related issues Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system Apply logical troubleshooting methods and work independently Support and maintain systems including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Windows operating systems Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, and/or walk-ups Support and maintain systems including DNS, DHCP, Hybrid Active Directory environment, enrollment of computers and mobile devices to Intune, and Windows operating systems Qualifications Valid driver's license required Experience resolving end-user technical issues Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 administration CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification, or a minimum of two years of relevant experience Experience with Hybrid AD environments, Microsoft SharePoint, Intune device enrollment, and Office 365 administration CCNA certification is a strong plus, but not required Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Excellent customer service skills and a self-motivated, eager-to-learn attitude Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits available after a 90-day probationary period Paid time off Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
