Overview We are seeking a motivated, professional and service oriented Entry‑Level IT Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. This full time, in person role is responsible for providing first‑line technical support to end users at the company, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring timely resolution of IT requests. This position is ideal for someone starting or early on in their IT career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment at a growing company. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, ticketing system, or in person Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile IT devices Assist users with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business applications Create, update, and close support tickets while documenting solutions clearly Escalate complex issues to higher‑level IT staff when necessary Perform basic user account management (password resets, account creation, permissions) Support onboarding and offboarding of employees Maintain IT inventory and assist with asset tracking Follow company IT policies and security best practices Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in IT or related field preferred) Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common productivity software Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot problems logically and efficiently Willingness to learn new technologies and processes Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, VPN) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Soft Skills Professional and patient demeanor Strong problem‑solving abilities Excellent time‑management and organizational skills Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users Work Environment Office and/or remote support environment May require occasional lifting of IT equipment (up to 50 lbs) Standard business hours with possible on‑call or rotating shifts If you're eager to grow your technical skills and make an impact from day one, we want to hear from you!
