Job Description
Qualifications:
Proven experience with CMMC compliance processes and frameworks. Strong background in desktop, network and systems troubleshooting. Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common enterprise applications. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide expert-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across diverse operating systems. Troubleshoot software problems, perform system updates, and manage computer hardware to ensure optimal performance. Maintain and administer computer networks, including LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), DNS (Domain Name System), firewall configurations. Conduct regular analysis of system logs and network traffic to identify vulnerabilities or performance bottlenecks. Implement cybersecurity standards aligned with CMMC requirements, including risk assessments. Strong knowledge of computer hardware components, operating systems and software troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on experience managing computer networks including LAN/WAN infrastructure, TCP/IP protocols, DNS configuration, VPN setup, firewall management, and network security best practices. Understanding of IT infrastructure components including servers (Windows Server environments), DNS management, DHCP configuration, network administration tasks. Knowledge of cybersecurity standards related to CMMC compliance; ability to implement security controls effectively. Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing issues quickly and accurately while maintaining clear communication with end-users. Ensure compliance with CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) requirements. Set up, configure and maintain computers, servers and related systems. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot problems and implement solutions quickly. Support end users with training and documentation as needed. SPC providesCompensation and Benefits:
