This role is an hourly category position with a targeted salary range of $22 - $23 USD. Your tasks We are seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at 2nd level to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their office, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure. Scope includes support of end-users in the following areas: Break/Fix activities Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems Hardware and software troubleshooting IMACD (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, Disposals) IT Asset Management - Managing local PC and peripheral stock as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory and equipment Smarts Hands Service Meeting / live-event support requests Walk-Up Tech bar support Optional participation in the On-Call Support Be part of us Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
