Mileage will be reimbursed. The IT Support Analyst provides hands-on technical support for end-user computing environments, with a strong focus on desktop deployments, mobile device management (MDM), and ticket-based support operations. This role supports the full device lifecycle, resolves day-to-day technical issues, and ensures a consistent, high-quality user experience across hardware, software, and mobile platforms. Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support, desktop support, or service desk role
• Hands-on experience with desktop and laptop deployment and refresh activities
• Experience supporting or administering MDM solutions for mobile or endpoint devices
• Proficiency working within ticketing systems to manage, track, and resolve incidents and requests
• Experience supporting common business applications and productivity tools
