Job Description:

Location:

5 days/week on site King of Prussia, PA The IT Support Technician provides day-to-day technical support to end users through a combination of remote assistance, phone support, and in-person troubleshooting when needed. This role focuses on resolving common hardware, software, and application issues while efficiently managing a high volume of support tickets as part of a team-based service desk environment.
