What Youll DoRespond to phone calls and emails to create or review service tickets.

Troubleshoot issues related to software, security, hardware, and network connectivity.

Collaborate with the IT team on computer upgrades and infrastructure maintenance.

What Were Looking ForGeneral knowledge of desktop computing, operating systems, and network connectivity.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask insightful troubleshooting questions.
