Marketing and IT Specialist

The Village at Morrisons Cove, a continuing care retirement community, located in Martinsburg, PA is currently seeking to hire a full time Marketing and Information Technology(IT) Specialist. The Marketing and IT Specialist bridges the gap between creative brand promotion and technical operations. This dual-focused role is responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns while maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the company's internal technology.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaign Execution:

Create and deploy multi-channel digital campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.

Content Creation:

Write, design, and publish engaging content for website, newsletters, brochures and billboards.

SEO & Web Traffic:

Optimize website copy, metadata, and landing pages to improve search engine rankings.

Strategic Fundraising Design:

create new and innovative ideas for for fundraising and resource development.

Community Involvement:

Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors, community members, residents and other sources to increase organizational exposure and fund development.

Grant Procurement:

Identify, apply for and track state, federal and local grants relevant to the organization.

IT Support & Systems Management Tech Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal hardware, network and software troubleshooting.

System Maintenance:

Oversee software updates, user accounts, platform permissions, and basic data security protocols.

Vendor Liaison:

Act as the main technical contact for external IT firms, hosting providers, and software vendors. Applicants should possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology or related field. 1-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, web design, fundraising, or basic tech support. Previous experience in grant writing and/or fundraising is a plus. Must exhibit excellent problem solving skills and customer service. The Village at Morrisons Cove is an EOE.
