About the Role We're seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Entry-Level IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for a short-term project (possibility for extension) with a key enterprise client in Monaca, PA . This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment while supporting end users and learning enterprise-level systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote support for hardware and software issues Assist with user setup, workstation domain join, and smart card configuration Support imaging and reimaging of devices as part of deployment tasks Help maintain and track IT inventory Monitor and respond to service tickets using internal ticketing tools Ensure compliance with company IT procedures and security protocols Required Skills Basic understanding of Windows OS (7/8/10), Office 365, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced IT environment Familiarity with basic networking (LAN, VPN, remote access) Exposure to or experience with Apple devices (iPhones, iPads) is a plus Reliable and detail-oriented, with a team-first mindset
