Description:
Transition Pharmacy is seeking a Help Desk Technician I to join our growing Information Technology team. This position provides technical support to onsite and remote employees, assists with user onboarding and offboarding, manages technology assets, and helps maintain the systems and devices our business depends on every day. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their IT career while gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, cybersecurity tools, endpoint management, and enterprise technology environments. What You'll Do Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and business applications Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner Support both onsite and remote employees Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and mobile devices Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding Create and manage user accounts and access permissions Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Windows environments Assist with Microsoft Intune device enrollment and management Assist with Microsoft Defender remediation and security-related tasks Manage technology inventory and asset tracking Coordinate shipping, receiving, deployment, and recovery of company equipment Maintain accurate technical documentation Assist with IT projects and technology initiatives Perform other duties as assigned by the
CTO, Director of Infrastructure & Integrations, or IT Manager Requirements:
What We're Looking For 1-3 years of IT support experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Intune Experience with Microsoft Defender Experience with Microsoft Entra ID CompTIA A+ Certification Experience supporting remote users Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, HIPAA-regulated, or highly regulated environments
