Job Description

Job Description A large healthcare system based in the Philadelphia area is seeking contract ATE go‑live support for the roll out of their new imaging platforms, Sectra. The priority is to identify Sectra ATE candidates, or candidates with any PACs ATE experience. Support will be onsite, day shift coverage 8 and/or 10 hour shifts•no more then 60 hours a week across 2 weeks at a time.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary on-site support during the Sectra imaging system go-live for all clinical and allied staff. Provide real-time assistance to end users, guiding them through system workflows and resolving issues as they arise. Triage and escalate technical or process-related issues to the tier 2 command center. Monitor support activity and identify trends or recurring issues to inform training or system adjustments. Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and user feedback for post-go-live review. Collaborate with training and implementation teams to reinforce best practices and system usage. Ensure a positive user experience by being approachable, knowledgeable, and responsive.
