Job Description:

Location:

Will travel to different sites in the greater Philadelphia area (Must use own car)

Duration:

3-6+ months Provide hands-on support across a variety of IT initiatives, assisting with deployments, hardware setups, and day-to-day technical support needs. This role requires flexibility to support multiple projects and work environments. Key Responsibilities Support IT-related projects as assigned Travel to various work sites as needed Perform computer deployments, including setup and configuration Manage and respond to support tickets in a timely manner Assist with hardware installations, system rollouts, and equipment moves Provide on-site technical support during deployments and upgrades Responsibilities may vary based on project scope and business needs Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in IT support Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment supporting multiple projects Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
