This specialist will be providing troubleshooting support for customer technical issues onsite. The main responsibilities of the role will be centered around handling 4-11 tickets a day involving issues with laptop, desktop, printer, phone, and other technical equipment in person with the customer, so strong communication skills and a deserve to provide customer service support is necessary. On a day to day they will be doing software installs, hardware refreshes, machine moves, troubleshooting scanners, tablets, and mobile phones. Compensation:
$28-31/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
