M-F on site Philadelphia This role involves hands-on deskside support, ticket resolution, and direct customer interaction in both Windows and Mac environments.
Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve 10-15+ tickets per day in a fast-paced environment Provide onsite/deskside support for end users Deliver phone support as needed Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues across Windows and Mac platforms Support users in complex environments where users have full admin access Diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision
Required:
2+ years of desktop support or related IT experience Experience supporting Windows and/or Mac environments Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to think critically and work independently Self-driven with strong initiative Customer-facing experience in an IT support setting Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
