IT Support Specialist VigorCare Pediatric Services Philadelphia, PA Job Details Full-time 4 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Our IT Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that our technology systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to all staff members for hardware, software, and network related issues Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise Assist in the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures Train and support staff on the use of technology systems and applications Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology solutions Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
