This role oversees our Customer Service, Technical Services and Field Service teams to ensure efficiency, productivity, and excellent customer service. This is an on-site role at our location in Cranberry Township, PA .
Requirements:
Oversee activities including case management, order processing, and scheduling of installations, to provide a smooth and timely customer experience. Communicate with other departments about recurring issues and concerns and make recommendations regarding opportunities for improvement. Track team performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. Lead and manage direct reports by establishing goals, providing training and development, ensuring policy compliance, address performance and quality issues.

What You Need To Be Successful Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience. 5 years minimum experience in a customer service or technical support role with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. Ability to lead a team toward high service standards while consistently meeting internal metrics. Excellent critical thinking, organizational, research and multitasking skills. Effective knowledge of Salesforce or similar operating systems, along with an understanding of databases, networking databases and other technical components. Occasional onsite support may be required, including travel and overnight stays as required, approximately 10 to 15% Valid drivers license required.
