Provide hands-on technical support in-office, remotely, and onsite at client locations Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in real time Install, configure, and maintain desktops, servers, and network infrastructure Manage and maintain accurate documentation of client environments Respond to service requests via phone, email, and ticketing system with urgency and professionalism Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and backup management Work directly with clients to explain issues and solutions clearly and professionallyWhat We're Looking For:
Proven hands-on IT experience required (formal education not required). Equivalent demonstrated real-world IT support experience will also be considered. Strong working knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and common business applications Microsoft 365 administration including user provisioning, Exchange Online, and basic security configurations Ticketing system use with clear, detailed documentation practices Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools and remote support platforms Solid understanding of networking fundamentals Backup monitoring and recovery troubleshooting Ability to troubleshoot independently without step-by-step instruction Comfortable working directly with end users and business owners in a professional environment Strong communication and customer service skills Takes initiative and follows issues through to resolution Proven ability to manage multiple tickets, interruptions, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced IT support environment while maintaining focus and follow-throughRequirements:
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites (within ~100 miles) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/priorities Willingness to occasionally work after hours for maintenance or urgent issues Ability to lift/move equipment and work in physical environments (stairs, tight spaces, etc.) Must maintain a high degree of professionalism in appearance and conduct Must be able to pass required background checks (Child Abuse Clearance, PA Criminal Check, FBI Clearance) Competitive salary based on experience, along with a benefits package including paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance, and vision insurance.Job Type:
