Overview:

We are hiring 3 Desktop Support Technicians to support an Epic Go-Live . This role will focus on help desk support, primarily triaging incoming calls and routing issues to the appropriate teams.

Schedule:

Training/Orientation:

5/18•5/22•possibly day shift

Go-Live Support:

10:00 PM•6:00 AM (overnight) through 6/15 Potential extension (likely day shift)

Responsibilities:

Triage help desk calls during Epic Go-Live Log and route tickets appropriately Provide basic desktop support troubleshooting Escalate issues to the correct teams as needed

Requirements:

Desktop support or IT help desk experience Strong communication and troubleshooting skills Ability to work overnight shifts onsite Reliable and able to start immediately
