4-6+ month contract We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician with experience supporting Windows 11 environments, device deployment, and system imaging. This role will provide hands-on support to end users, ensuring reliable workstation performance and a positive user experience across hardware, software, and network-related issues. Responsibilities Provide deskside support for Windows 10/11 laptops and desktops Perform device setup, deployment, and refresh activities for new and existing users Execute system imaging and provisioning using tools such as SCCM, Intune, or similar platforms Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues including printers, monitors, and mobile devices Manage user accounts, access, and permissions within Active Directory Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and Office suite Respond to and resolve tickets using an ITSM tool (ServiceNow or similar) within defined SLAs Assist with asset management, inventory tracking, and device lifecycle processes Perform system updates, patching, and upgrades for Windows environments Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and assist with root cause analysis Required Qualifications 3+ years of desktop support, helpdesk, or IT support experience Hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 environments Experience with system imaging and device deployment (SCCM, Intune, MDT, or similar) Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking basics Familiarity with Office 365 support and common enterprise applications Experience working within a ticketing system in an SLA-driven environment
