Position Overview:
The Technical Support Specialist plays a critical role in delivering PDC Spas customer experience. This individual provides technical support, warranty assistance, troubleshooting guidance, and service coordination for dealers and customers while upholding PDC Spas' Core Values. This position requires strong technical aptitude, clear communication skills, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Dealer & Customer Communication
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain calm, confident communication in challenging situations
  • Set clear expectations regarding next steps and timelines
  • Escalate issues appropriately when necessary Technical Support & Troubleshooting
  • Provide phone and email support for spa and swim spa troubleshooting
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and water care-related issues
  • Assist dealers and service partners with step-by-step technical guidance
  • Document service cases accurately and thoroughly Warranty & Parts Coordination
  • Process warranty claims according to PDC policy
  • Identify correct replacement parts based on provided information
  • Communicate warranty coverage clearly and professionally
  • Collaborate with Service and Logistics departments when needed Documentation & Accountability
  • Maintain detailed records of all service interactions
  • Track recurring issues and report trends
