Desktop Support Technician - Tier 1

- Entry-Level Help Desk Technician (Onsite | York, PA) Immediate Need We're hiring ASAP for an entry-level Help Desk Technician. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with hands-on IT support experience in a structured, team environment. What You'll Be Doing + Provide Tier 1 help desk support (phone, in-person, ticketing system) + Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, and basic connectivity issues + Perform password resets and basic Active Directory support + Manage tickets (triage, prioritize, escalate) + Image and deploy desktops/laptops + Support hardware setup, moves, adds, and changes + Document issues and resolutions clearly What We're Looking For + Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 + Exposure to Active Directory, ticketing systems, or imaging tools (SCCM/MDT) + Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting, M365, and basic networking + Strong customer service and communication skills + Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tickets Nice to Have + 0-2 years of IT support, internship, or coursework + CompTIA A+ (or in progress) Key Details + Onsite in York, PA (required) + Fast-moving role - interviews happening quickly + Great entry point into IT support with growth opportunity Top Skills Help Desk | Windows | Customer Service | Troubleshooting | Active Directory Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
