To ensure a strong fit for this role, priority will be given to candidates with relevant experience in the hunting, thermal imaging, night vision, shooting sports, or related outdoor optics industry. About This Role As an After-Sales Technical Support / Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and hands-on after-sales repair service for Falcon products in the U.S. market. This role focuses on helping customers resolve product issues, inspecting and processing returned units, completing standardized testing and repair procedures, and ensuring repaired devices are returned in a timely and reliable manner. We are looking for someone with real hands-on technical ability, strong process discipline, and a high level of responsibility when working with precision equipment. Key Responsibilities Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting guidance via phone, email, and other communication channels Receive and log returned repair units, complete visual inspections, perform preliminary fault assessments, and handle basic repair work Conduct functional testing, calibration, and final post-repair inspection to ensure repaired units meet release and delivery standards Track repair progress and turnaround timelines while supporting the company's after-sales service standard, including a strong commitment to fast response and efficient processing Maintain accurate after-sales tickets, repair records, and recurring issue documentation, and support the continued development of internal technical knowledge resources Identify, document, escalate, and follow through on technical issues that go beyond local repair scope Assist with parts tracking, repair workflow coordination, and compliance with equipment handling and operational safety standards Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in electronic equipment repair, technical support, or a closely related field Hands-on skills in soldering, disassembly and reassembly, inspection, and functional testing Ability to work carefully and consistently with technical procedures and precision equipment English communication skills and basic Chinese communication ability, with the ability to communicate with both customers and the China headquarters on technical matters Preferred Qualifications Repair or technical support experience related to electro-optical devices, thermal imaging systems, night vision equipment, consumer electronics, or military-grade equipment Experience supporting or repairing outdoor sports, shooting sports, or field-use equipment Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to work independently and stay organized under time-sensitive conditions Legal Statement Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
