Job Description:

Join our team as an Application Support Engineer, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing a critical system for financial crimes detection and reporting. This position offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work options. Responsibilities Provide technical support for the Oracle Financial Crimes Platform, ensuring effective transaction monitoring and alert management. Manage and troubleshoot daily and ad hoc batch cycles, addressing production issues related to data quality and performance. Conduct thorough root cause analysis and document findings to meet audit and regulatory standards. Support configuration changes and enhancements within established governance processes. Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to assess regulatory impacts of platform changes. Participate in testing and release activities to ensure operational readiness and compliance. Work closely with various teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in supporting enterprise applications in regulated environments. Proficiency in Oracle databases, SQL, and batch processing. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Oracle Financial Crimes Platform version 8.x. Familiarity with AML concepts and financial services regulatory frameworks. Experience with UNIX scripting, WebSphere, Java, and Dynatrace. Mainframe experience including TWS job scheduling and JCL.
