Job Description:
12 months contract ; May extend Onsite This requisition is for (1) positions Job description: this is a Dealer Business Specialist position that will primarily be responsible for Application Support Candidates who only have basic infrastructure, networking, or desk top support experience are NOT a good fit for this position. The manager is looking for someone with proven experience with application support. This team is currently working a hybrid schedule - 4 days in the office each week. Fully Remote candidates will not be considered.
Required Experience:
  • 1+ years of experience supporting software applications or business systems, including issue analysis and resolution within defined processes
  • 1+ years of experience working in a service desk, application support, or customer support environment with a focus on responsiveness and customer experience
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical and functional information to dealers, business users, and team members
  • Proven ability to follow established support processes while escalating issues appropriately when needed
  • Demonstrated learning mindset with the ability to build functional and technical knowledge over time
  • Foundational understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including bookkeeping, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements Other Relevant Experience
  • Exposure to dealership operations or dealer-facing business applications
  • Familiarity with IT service management concepts such as ITIL or Lean Service Management (LSM)
  • Experience using Microsoft technologies such as Office, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365
  • Basic understanding of security fundamentals, including identity management and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis or troubleshooting
  • Awareness of API concepts and system integrations
