See our website for additional information: www.vivitec.net Client Engineer The company is searching for qualified candidates to fill the position of Client Engineer to join its team. This is an opportunity for the qualified candidate to join an emerging and growing organization at Vivitec performing cyber security and IT managed services to small and medium sized clients throughout the region. This position will manage the network and server infrastructure of managed services customers. The Client Engineer is a primary contact for the customer and ensures that client environments align with company standards and service delivery. This individual will have an in-depth knowledge of the customer with the desired goal of reducing the amount of reactive support burdening the client. Customer satisfaction and low-ticket counts are primary objectives of the Client Engineer accomplished through the deployment and adherence to Vivitec Best Practices. Candidates must be energetic, intelligent, self-starting, and can shift focus as priorities change. Work will be performed in person at local client locations, as well as over the phone and email from the Vivitec office. Local travel, driving to clients, will be required extensively. The position requires an enthusiastic, resourceful professional with the initiative to achieve outstanding results and seize opportunities to rise to challenges, large or small. The position also involves the opportunity for continuous growth and learning, leveraging new and leading technologies to help improve business performance. Essential Duties Promote and represent the Vivitec culture and core values in all aspects of your job duties Develop and maintain knowledge of client environment Network mapping, visualization, and documentation Hardware and software inventories Updating configuration records Basic understanding of Line of Business (LOB) applications and associated vendors Perform regular onsite services Develop relationships with clients Check server/network health Monitor tools/application health Check logs & validate backups Perform restoration tests Provide technical support & resolve user issues Simple implementation of new technology Onsite proactive services Implement Vivitec's Technology Standards Implements & helps refine best practices Administration checklist Verification of remote services Develops best practices spreadsheet Works to assess and minimize business risk Evaluate and recommend new software, hardware, or upgrades Ensures client satisfaction Is technology functioning properly? Are security safeguards operating, alerting, and updated? Job Type:

$45,000.00- $65,000.
