With over 10 years serving Fairfield County and a 4.9 Google rating, we provide Mac and PC repair, iPhone and iPad service, networking, managed IT, on-site services, and B2B IT support to homes and businesses across Connecticut. The Role We're looking for a motivated, tech-savvy individual who is passionate about technology and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work directly with customers across a wide range of repair, networking, and IT service needs — both in-store and on-site. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Mac, iPhone, iPad, and PC/Windows systems Perform hardware and software repairs including screen replacements, battery service, operating system issues, and virus/malware removal Configure, install, and maintain macOS and Windows systems and peripherals Provide WiFi setup, network configuration, and basic networking support for home and small business clients Support on-site and remote IT service calls for residential and business customers Assist with device setup, data transfers, backups, and software installation Handle B2B client repairs including tablets, phones, and computers with professionalism and efficiency Assist with IT liquidation, device recycling, and asset management as needed Provide front-facing customer service — greeting customers, explaining repairs clearly, and offering solutions Support sales of devices, accessories, and service plans Work within Apple GSX for repair tracking and parts ordering (experience a plus) Document and track issues accurately and communicate status updates to customers What We're Looking For ACMT and/or ACiT certification preferred — or strong willingness to become certified (we will train the right candidate) Experience with Mac and PC repair, iOS devices, and general hardware troubleshooting Basic networking knowledge (WiFi setup, routers, connectivity troubleshooting) Experience with Ubiquiti UniFi networking products is a strong plus Strong customer service and communication skills — you'll be the face of Compco to our customers Comfortable with both in-store and on-site service calls Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple repairs and customers at once Experience with Apple GSX is a strong plus High school diploma or equivalent preferred Schedule Full-time, day shift Rotating Saturdays required Weekday off when working a Saturday On-site service calls as needed

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
