  • Myrtle Beach / Grand Strand Area Position Overview PcRx Computers is seeking a skilled and motivated Computer Repair & Network Technician to join our growing team.
This role involves supporting small to mid-sized businesses with day-to-day IT needs, including computer repair, network troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, and basic cybersecurity practices. As well as working in the computer shop where customers bring their computers to us. We are looking for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working both independently and directly with clients. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, and basic hardware issues Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems Troubleshoot and support small business networks (routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi) Assist with setup and support of
  • Microsoft 365 environments (users, email, basic admin tasks) Support cloud-based applications and services Perform basic cybersecurity tasks such as: Endpoint protection checks MFA setup and enforcement Identifying suspicious activity or threats Provide on-site and remote technical support Document work performed and maintain client records Communicate clearly with clients in a professional manner Required Skills & Experience Experience with computer repair and troubleshooting (hardware & software) Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, Wi-Fi troubleshooting) Familiarity with •Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, user management) Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles Ability to troubleshoot issues independently Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience working in an MSP environment Familiarity with tools like RMM platforms or remote access software Knowledge of firewalls (SonicWall, Ubiquiti, etc.
