Job description
Provide technical assistance to computer system users.
Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location. Many aid concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. May enter commands at a computer terminal and set controls on computer and peripheral devices. Monitor and respond to operating and error messages. Must have advanced computer and software skills beyond those defined in Computer Operator including skills in multiple software.
