  • The Role
  • As the Cyrel® North American Equipment Service Manager, you will support the Flexographic Solutions business by ensuring equipment reliability, maximizing uptime, and delivering high-quality customer support.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Provide technical support across equipment installation lifecycle (pre, during, post) + Partner with Sales to align technical solutions with customer requirements + Serve as escalation point for equipment service issues + Manage and support third-party service providers + Collaborate with global experts and OEM partners to resolve issues + Lead equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives + Utilize diagnostic tools and technologies to improve service effectiveness + Guide and prioritize activities across technical support resources + Deliver hands-on problem solving and technical leadership •Minimum Qualifications•+ 10+ years in flexographic printing and equipment service + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide recommendations + Experience with Salesforce, ServiceMax, or similar CRM + Familiarity with invoicing and service-related financial processes •Preferred Qualifications•+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field \#LI-TG1 Join our Talent Community (http://careers.
