is a rapidly growing dental materials and digital solutions company serving laboratories, dental clinics, DSOs, and distributors across the United States. As our digital product portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking a Dental CAD/CAM Application Specialist to help laboratories successfully adopt and integrate our CAD/CAM solutions into their daily workflow. This role combines technical expertise, customer support, training, and business communication. The ideal candidate understands digital dental workflows and enjoys helping customers solve problems and improve efficiency. Responsibilities Technical Support & Customer Success Provide technical support for customers using our CAD/CAM products and digital dental solutions. Assist laboratories with product implementation, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting. Develop customized transition plans for labs switching from competing CAD/CAM systems. Support customers with design, milling, staining, and digital workflow-related questions. Deliver remote and on-site product training sessions. Work closely with customers to identify workflow challenges and recommend solutions. Product & Workflow Consultation Understand laboratory production workflows and recommend best practices. Serve as a technical consultant during product evaluations and onboarding. Collaborate with sales and product teams to support customer adoption and long-term success. Collect customer feedback and communicate market needs to internal teams. Travel & Customer Visits Conduct on-site laboratory visits, product demonstrations, installations, and training. Attend regional and national trade shows, customer events, and industry meetings. Qualifications Required Hands-on experience in a dental laboratory environment. Strong understanding of digital dental workflows. Experience with CAD/CAM design software and digital manufacturing processes. Knowledge of staining, characterization, and restoration finishing techniques. Familiarity with laboratory production workflows from scan to final restoration. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and professional manner. Willingness to travel throughout the United States. Preferred Experience with Exocad, 3Shape, or similar dental design software. Experience supporting zirconia, milling, or digital laboratory products. Previous experience in technical support, training, or customer success roles. Bilingual (English/Mandarin or English/Spanish) is a plus. Why Join
