$28.00 - $31.00 per hour "Our purpose is strong, our impact is lasting, join us on the journey" Western Health Advantage The Desktop Support Specialist II provides technical support for desktop computers, software, and peripheral equipment while ensuring seamless connectivity across enterprise systems. This role works closely with staff, vendors, Help Desk, and Network Operations teams to troubleshoot issues, maintain system performance, and support end users in a healthcare environment. What you'll do Install, configure, and support desktop computers, software, and peripheral devices. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Collaborate with Help Desk, Network Operations, and vendors to resolve technical problems. Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, desktop virtualization, and client-server environments. Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and equipment replacements. Train staff on hardware and software use. Assist with hardware/software procurement and inventory management. Maintain technical documentation and support LAN/WAN infrastructure as needed. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. What you'll bring High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience. Experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, and desktop virtualization. Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills. MCSE, CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification preferred. Healthcare/HMO experience preferred. Why Western Health Advantage?
