Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Technician to provide exceptional technical support services in a dynamic work environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on problem-solving and delivering high-quality service while working collaboratively with teams. Responsibilities Deliver top-notch desktop support services, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Prioritize and resolve incoming service requests to ensure seamless business operations. Deploy and configure software applications and modern operating systems for end-users. Provide Level 3 support for desktop configurations and remote workforce setups. Document resolutions and manage incidents using IT service management tools. Collaborate with engineering and security teams to enforce policies and support enterprise initiatives. Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and enhance endpoint management. Support executive setups and manage network-connected devices, escalating issues as necessary. Maintain accurate asset-tracking records and coordinate hardware lifecycle management. Skills Associate degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in desktop support within a corporate environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and JAMF for device management. Strong skills in PowerShell scripting for automation and endpoint management. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365
Certified:
Endpoint Administrator Associate. Experience with ITIL-based service management processes. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and tools. Advanced PowerShell scripting for complex automation tasks. Knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure platforms.
