Company Description Managed Service Provider in Midland TX Role Description This is a part-time/as needed hourly role for a Desktop Support Technician located in Midland, TX. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, offering printer support, troubleshooting issues, and conducting computer repairs. Daily tasks include diagnosing hardware and software problems, setting up and configuring desktop systems, and ensuring all equipment operates smoothly. The role also involves assisting users with any technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to their work. Qualifications Proficiency in desktop computers and technical support Experience in printer support and troubleshooting Skills in computer repair Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Ability to work independently both remotely and on-site in Midland, TX Strong verbal and written communication skills Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus Previous experience in a similar role is desirable Employment Type Part-Time Pay Range doe
