The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, offering printer support, troubleshooting issues, and conducting computer repairs. Daily tasks include diagnosing hardware and software problems, setting up and configuring desktop systems, and ensuring all equipment operates smoothly. The role also involves assisting users with any technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to their work.
