We are looking for an experienced EHR Support to join a dynamic team in Richmond. This role acts as a bridge between technical operations and clinical support, ensuring the EHR environment is both secure and high-performing.

System:

Manage user access policies, role-based permissions, and identity management (AD, SSO, MFA).

Ensure Compliance:

Maintain strict alignment with HIPAA, HITECH, and organizational security standards.

Optimize Support:

Provide Tier 1 support for end users and investigate security incidents.

Drive Strategy:

Collaborate on security audits, upgrades, and system maintenance to mitigate vulnerabilities.

Key Skills We're Looking For Core Expertise:

5+ years in Oracle Health (Cerner) environments.

Security Savvy:

Proven experience with Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and Identity Management solutions.

Compliance Knowledge:

Strong understanding of

HIPAA & HITECH

regulatory requirements.

Technical Edge:

Familiarity with Discern and CCL is highly desired.

Analytical Support:

5+ years of application support experience with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
