Electronic Classroom Technical Support Specialist Apply for this job world-globe-glyph Niceville, FL / Full-time Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Electronic Classroom Technical Support Specialist to support a program onsite in Niceville, FL. •Onsite/Hybrid/Remote work schedules subject to change based on contract requirements. Must possess Interim or an active Secret clearance
Education:
HS Diploma or equivalent
Years of Experience:
3 years of relevant experience
General Experience:
Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration Certifications:
Security+ or equivalent Bachelor's degree Experience with connectivity, interoperability, operational readiness, and security and compliance systems maintenance Experience with systems and hardware and software administration and integration Experience with routine maintenance, including break and fix, backup and recovery, and inventory and asset management
What Sets You Apart:
Experience with multi-media systems support and community of interest (COI) network operations Experience with local group policy management and file share, system, and account administration Experience with configuration and change management and life cycle support Experience with workstation and server hardware installation, maintenance, board replacement, and cable switching Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting Knowledge of system development, software maintenance, and ancillary functions Knowledge of cyber defense compliance and accreditation services Ability to perform onsite service center support Bachelor's degree
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstation Use hands and fingers to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devices Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Specific vision abilities required may include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust Stand, walk, bend, or reach; Access equipment located in data centers, offices, or under desks Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
