Anaheim, California, United States This position is contract role Job Summa ryThe End User Computing (EUC) Level 1 technician is responsible for providing first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and IT-related issues. The role includes troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network connectivity issues while ensuring smooth IT operations for user s.
Key Responsibiliti esProvide Level 1 technical support for end users via phone, email, or ticketing system s.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issue s.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and basic application s.
Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and access issue s.
Support Microsoft Office / O365 applications and email troubleshootin g.
Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi ).Install and configure software applications and security update s.
Maintain and update IT asset inventor y.
Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2 or specialized IT team s.
Provide on-site or remote support to ensure minimal downtime for user s.
