Entry Level IT Support

Managed Print Services Technician / Customer Support Representative We are a Managed Print Services company looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team of technicians and customer support specialists. You will be based at a premier health system and university location(s), supporting administrative, clinical, and patient-care departments. Key Responsibilities Monitor supply status and anticipate toner needs using supply reports (approximately 1 hour/day). Deliver and install toner cartridges into printers across the site (up to 4 hours/day). Perform basic printer troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and minor repairs (up to 3 hours/day). Provide friendly, professional on-site customer support and follow up to ensure expectations are met. Participate in the company's technical training and take advantage of opportunities for career growth in IT. Qualifications Dependable and punctual. Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused with the ability to follow up and resolve issues.
