They are seeking a Full Stack Support Engineer to help develop customer-facing applications while also supporting operational and technical initiatives across the platform. This role is primarily focused on full stack development, with additional responsibilities supporting customers, troubleshooting issues, building internal tools, and helping maintain production systems. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and working across engineering, support, and operations. Responsibilities Develop and enhance customer-facing web applications and dashboards Build internal tools for validation, reporting, and operational workflows Track performance metrics and support ongoing customer initiatives Troubleshoot application issues and support production environments Partner with customers and internal teams to investigate and resolve technical challenges Contribute to frontend and backend development efforts Assist with system monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives Document processes, requirements, and technical solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong experience with Python Experience with TypeScript and React Experience working with SQL databases Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Comfortable balancing engineering work with customer support and operational responsibilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with Next.js Experience building dashboards, reporting tools, or internal applications Exposure to analytics, data processing, or computer vision environments Experience supporting production systems Why Join?
